The copy of Walter's will below shows how his estate was to be distrbuted. The main beneficiarie was his sister Ivy who would receive all of his estate both real and personal which included a cash total of £12,581 equivalent today of £535,000. He left his bungalow 'Laconia' at Birchington on Sea to a neighbour and his piano to the Minnis Bay Tea Pavilion also in Birchington.
