George Musgrove first left his estate to his wife Emily on her death he added a codicil instructing trustees to provide an income to the surviving children. He died in 1901. When the youngest reached twenty one the residue should be distributed equally to the surviving children. This document is the agreement between the trustees and the children when Rupert Claude had reached twenty one and it was time to pay out. It was too big to show on one page and so if after reading this just click on top right, bottom left then bottom right. The document is dated May 1913.
